About Istanbul PPP Week

Istanbul Public-Private Partnership Center of Excellence or ‘PPPCoE’ is the proud organizer of Istanbul PPP Week. Every year in the month of November, a whole week comprised of intensive training sessions, interactive academic activities and a grand Summit is organized.

The Summit is coordinated under the umbrella of DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board[i]), one of the most influential semi-government institutions representing the private sector in Turkey, and huge contributions from Ministry of Economy of Republic of Turkey, World Bank Group, IFC (International Finance Corporation), IsDB (Islamic Development Bank) and Boğaziçi University[ii].

In a 3-day Training Program and a concluding Summit, all PPP stakeholders namely members of academia and representatives of public & private sector, come together to discuss the opportunities and lessons learned in the field. They gain valuable experience and share their knowledge by participating in lectures, case studies, country presentations, group discussions, workshops and brainstorming sessions. Since all stakeholders are together at this event, they have a great opportunity for networking and collaborating on future ventures.
